The anti BSA shows a single precipitin arc against bovine serum albumin and the albumin in bovine serum using immunoelectrophoresis. In a sandwich ELISA against purified bovine albumin with 1 ug/ml as sample, conjugate diluted 1: 100,000 produced an O.D.=1.0 in a 15 minute reaction with TMB as substrate. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions
