Specificity	In a sandwich ELISA against 30 ng/ml of human IgE, conjugate diluted to 1:50,000 produced an O.D=1.0 in a 15 minute reaction with TMB as substrate. There was no reaction with human IgG, IgA, IgM or IgD. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
