Specificity	The affinity purified antibody was tested at 1 mg/ml against 1 mg/ml solutions of IgG, IgM, IgG and IgE. It reacts only with mouse IgG by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. This does not imply and equal balance of reactivity to all IgG subclasses.By direct ELISA against 1 ug/ml of mouse IgG as sample, conjugate diluted 1:50,000 produced an O.D.=1.0 in a 15 minute reaction with TMB as substrate. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions
