Specificity	The affinity purified anti IgG H and L reactes with all subclasses of IgG and with all classes of mouse immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques due to the presence of anti light chains. In a direct ELISA against purified mouse immunoglobulins, conjugate diluted to 1/50,000 produced an O.D.=1.0 in a 15 minute reaction with TMB as substrate. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
